1. I really like this casino. Good games and easy to find your way around. I have won a lot of money, I want withdrawal. The days go by and I try to write them an email. No answers. Now trying to write to another email. No answers. The next day I try again and write. Then I get an email with some documentation I need to send in, which I have sent earlier and got approved. Send the information again, and provide for answers to all my questions. Again answer. Unfortunately, I don’t think I’ll ever see that money. I was promised I would get my withdrawal within 24 hours as it was very important to me, yet after 24 hours nothing, and I had been politely asking them the entire time to withdraw my funds for me (I had already verified myself with every document possible before requesting this withdrawal) and unfortunately as a gambling addict I could not wait any longer as it was a friday and I knew I would have to wait until monday to get the money, so of course I cancelled the withdrawal and lost the money. They then banned me for being an addict and stole 50 euro cashback that was owed to me after I had deposited 500 euros the week before. They Never responded to one of my emails and never have. They subsequently blocked me on all the sister sites. Even though they say they are their own project, they will block you from other sites too if you tell them you have a gambling problem.
